The Speaker The workshop will be lead by Alan Siege, founder and Principle of Small Business Management Consulting, who has been successfully advising businesses for over 20 years, and has formal training in Business Management and Organization Development. He is a Certified Fundraising Executive as awarded by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is an active member of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, where he has led workshops on marketing and business development. He is a past instructor in Business Basics for the New York City Department of Small Business Services and is now an adjunct teacher in Business at the Borough of Manhattan Community College and New York University.
