Two words...
Monday, June 30, 2008 at 10:00AM IT'S HERE.
I promised PAJ that when it was time for Rabbit's Lucky Number to finally hit 'the shelves', I would post two words and two words only: It's here.
However, this is too momentous an occassion to summarize so simply.
Oddly enough, I'm not jumping up and down or standing on the street corner with a bullhorn (yet...). I am calm, steady and comfortable with the fact that I trusted God to lead me and therefore I took my time and cranked out a project that I am extremely proud of.
It has not been an easy road, but it has been an informative, enlightening and fruitful road. A road that throughout this past year and a half, has brought me in contact with some phenomenal and supportive, witty and charming folks (in addition to the ones I've already been blessed to know) that have shared not only their wisdom in my life and these blogs, but their humor and their patience, (and occassional impatience) toward my annoying Virgo perfectionism; all of whom inspired me, and at times kept me afloat when (secretly) I wanted to chuck this whole project and retreat to the comforts of procrastination and excuses.
Having been down that road in your company, in my opinion there are two more words that are more important than 'it's here' and they are, quite simply: THANK YOU.
And now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
IT's HERE! LOL
